About Dr. Blaine Leeds, DDS

Dr. Blaine Leeds, DDS, has been practicing technologically advanced general and cosmetic dentistry since graduating with honors from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 1996. Dr. Leeds is a member of the American Dental Association, The Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Teledentistry Association and is a Dawson Academy Scholar. Dr. Leeds is the founder and current leader of the Nashville - Dawson Academy Study Club. Dr. Leeds has been practicing almost exclusively in the world of clear aligner orthodontics since 2017, having been one of the first 170 general dentists certified nationally in 1997 by Invisalign. He has completed thousands of short term, mild crowding orthodontics cases in his career. Dr. Leeds is also a leader in Teledentistry, and in 2015 with the help of PhD labs in Los Angeles created his own app for dentistry called Smile Finder. Dr. Leeds is also completing training with Vivos Corporation in Colorado in 2019 to become a national leader in Sleep Apnea / Obstructed Airway Treatment.


Dr. Leeds operated two private practices in Arkansas for 22 years which he eventually sold and merged with a larger group and relocated to Nashville in 2017. Currently, Dr. Leeds resides in Nashville and primarily practices in Tennessee but operates in nine states in total. Dr. Leeds is married to his best friend and wife of 29 years, Jolie, and has two grown sons, Brandt (28) and Brennan (24). Dr. Leeds' sister and brother-in-law, Drs. Darby and Chad Follis are both honor graduates from the University of Tennessee and practice in the Cool Springs area near Franklin. In his spare time, he loves spending time with family, watching sports, and making music with his friends in Nashville and Arkansas.
